Dropping butts is expensive habit for fined pair
TWO Lichfield women have been prosecuted after they were caught throwing cigarette butts onto the ground.Environmental health officers witnessed the women littering their cigarettes.But because both failed to pay their £75 fixed penalty notices, they were taken to court.
